Smarmy and naive. Has some good ideas, and the enthusiasm to push them, but has not yet got the experience to know not to push bad ideas with the same vigour. Some hope of him developing into a good minister in coming years.

I like this of Freddie's website - 'An independent, full-time, politician with no conflicts of business interest'

Didn't he sell a £4 Million property in Charing Cross not so long ago?

read my above comment, just given the go ahead for dandara to build more luxury flats at portelet, even his own department were against it. Arrogance! totally out of touch with the population. We dont want or need anymore luxury flats!! especially not ones built by dandara.

Also given the go ahead to a monstrosity of a building on the old Swanson site. Who's building it ? Desperate Dandara !
You can't get good chinese takeout in China and cuban cigars are rationed in Cuba. That's all you need to know about communism

It surprises me that people are actually still buying them.  Most wise people I know who have seen these flats say they are made up so cheaply they would be surprised if they are still standing in 20 years time.

hi,
re: my first post concerning old freddy, apparently he has sanctioned further development in the green zone,

1/. portelet headland

2/. millbrook park

and now

3/. creepy valley ( adventure playground for 10,000 a year visitors)

the later being most disturbing as this was a totally unspoilt area , you could not have imagined a more peaceful spot now we are going to attract god knows what noise and disturbance to this land. freddy clearly has misled the public in his manifesto , has no regard for the enviroment, has aligned himself with business people in the pursuit of profit over everything else!!!

yes creepy valley,

it now forms part of Les Ormes, golf course etc............ it is or rather was a wooded valley behind bel vue estate that leads down to the sand dunes and St.Ouens bay, if you get a chance go and have a look for yourself. unspoilt it was ... now spoilt forever.

yes ,your in the right area only you need to come back to main entrance and take a left down a rough track between a couple of houses,
i would think that the whole 'complex' will link up, the area in question  can be viewed at www. creepyvalley.com, someone has setup the site to make people aware of whats going on down there, they reckon freddys  bypassed normal planning procedure.
