Yes, I've heard all that and read Ian's manifesto which is why I was really annoyed when he appeared to totally contradict this at the St John's hustings and other people have picked up on exactly the same comment. It just makes me wonder where he really stands on these issues and whether he is actually just saying what people want to hear at that particular time.
I'm only going to vote for those candidates that I feel confident will actually vote in line with what I believe the electorate really want when it comes to the crunch. I'm not into character assassination or personal attacks and I've repeatedly said that Ian appears to be a really nice person. I think he should have stayed as a magistrate, I'm sure he was really good at it.
