Could someone explain to me which district Geoff Southern is standing for, his election posters are everywhere including, but not limited to, Victoria Avenue.

He's up for St. Helier number 2. I live there. Have not got a clue where the boundaries are but think Victoria Avenue sounds like number 3 and I'm certain they had the hustings at First Tower?
You think he's pushing the envelope?
I don't think it matters so long as it's inside the entire Parish boundaries.
