The law is on the "propositions" tab along the top, go to 2008 and search for "P65/2008/" after that you can click on Assembly votes on the left and then again 2008 and look down for "P65/2008/ Draft Public Elections (Amendment No. 3 ) (Jersey) Law 200- Article 13" this will give show you who was sick, away and the Pour (for) and Contre (against) votes as well as abstaining.

The whole site could do with a makeover to do searches in both areas by keywords, but the long way round eventually does it.
