The wizard of Ozouf has torn up 44 million yellow bricks off his road and is planning to dish them out to all and sundry "investing in the local economy" This with the acquiescence of the Tin minister who nodding his diesel can head said "but I have noooo brain". Unfortunately the goodly Lion has been recently arrested by the Police for listening to rap songs on his ipod and could have no valuable input into the situation. Dorothy public is shocked and raising her hands to tearful eyes has wept at the inconguity of the announcement. Readers will be curious to know why? Its because the bricks have been offered first to the crafty government departments who think they will be able to secretly massage their budgets which the Tin minister refuses to help them with, despite having no brain and being a fully qualified accountant. Dorothy is further shocked as the greedy government departments swallowing up all these bricks will spend them unwisely on contractors who employ foreign people who send the money home to their starving families, she is upset because she thinks there will be no yellow bricks in the road leading to happiness.
