I have now got a copy of the full judgment and contrary to Nellie's protestations it does not portray her (or her husband) in a good light.
Furthermore she was merely refused leave to appeal to the Appeal Court and the same judge did not appear on the Appeal court as leave was refused!
I have no sympathy  for you Nellie as you wish to appear not to understand the law whereas Commissioner Howard Page QC made it apparent in his judgment that you did as you had, shall we say recent experience!
BTW the judgment reference is 2001/4 delivered 9/01/01

Not by me sport?  Not sure I was even a PJ member in 2008?  Still, schadenfreude is a great word, although a sometimes uncomfortable emotion!

I see the SS used "Gotterdammerung" on his blog recently though - maybe he could help with the untermensch?  Might be worth a try.
