I think he has been caught out by this interview and you can tell by his reaction to the questioning that he is uncomfortable...
Would you appear comfortable if an interviewer asked you questions about rumours that you were a paedophile?
He answered the questions asked, he admitted no wrong doing and didn't make any statements that were controversial as far as I noticed.
He repeated himself too much and didn't appear terribly comfortable in front of the camera, hardly conclusive proof of guilt.
The reporter didn't do a very good job either, she really didn't have much to say and did a really bad job of trying and failing to twist his words and corner him, trying to be too clever.
Edit: I've just watched the interview again and actually I know have greater respect for Dep. Tadier, the interview did a terrible job, and he actually handled himself very well considering.
