Nobody else in the world complained.
Do you still expect the BBC to apologise to everyone in the , "Known World", for upsetting a member of Frank,s (almost), immediate family?
I think it would be a bit, "Extreme", to expect the BBC, (a well respected world-wide broadcaster), to issue apologies on air everytime ONE PERSON in the world is upset.
