Is Deputy Hill representing Jersey or himself ?

A Mr Luce ( I think I have his name correct ) will be challenging Deputy Bob Hill for his seat in the States come election time.

Has Bob Hill any street cred. Is he one of the good guy's ? In a nutshell is he representing the honest people of Jersey, hunting truth and good government ? or sitting in the ivory tower without a care or a  clue ?

So many questions.
