Just wonder if Freddie was recorded during the discussions that allowed Regal to put an extra storey on their new car park development?

"Extra storey will enhance the buildings facade". (As well as ,"Enhancing", the amount of money to be made for a private developer/owner).
Freddie, I,m almost sure ,wasn,t a bit nepotistic when he approved this development.
