Postal Survey
« on: June 29, 2010, 09:11:07 AM »
I heard that Senator McLean is putting out a "Postal Survey" on what the people of Jersey want.
Now one of the options was a Post Depot!
Now how would you know if there was any post for you. Would people be wasting their time and petrol to go and see if there was anything for them. Where do these idiots get their ideas from ( must be civil servant ).
What the States want is for a private company to take over all the post services. People i have spoken to have said the same.

They could set up a free-phone number, where you could check if you had any mail, and go to a central office to pick it up at your leisure.

A little concerned about the current decline in service, it looks like the end of service as we know thanks to the growing incompetence of Senator Maclean.

We need a better postal service!
how come it takes untill midday to get my business mail now in st helier
when it used to arrive before 9am? Now
I loose half a day waiting to bank cheques
or be able to process orders.
The post office is under used as they are saying?
so deliveries should be quicker in that case,

As we live on a Rock in the sea and cant drive up to england to take items,
folks are relying on a good service from  Postal especially to get good customer
feedbacks on Ebay from their sales & purchases.
mmm maybe we could have someone take  job lots of sacks
to Aurigny and get Guernsey post to do the job for us?
if we get stuffed by MacClean.
