I was once walking past his house and there was a big 20 foot plume of water spurting out of his front garden, spraying gallons of water up at his windows.  Tel Boy was there in a right flap, and all red faced.  Still gives me a good laugh even now.  ;D

I think that the only reason he wants to reduce housing restrictions to ten laws is to placate developers, I don't think the man comphends what social policy and equality is about! What a great shame he held on to his seat in the ministerial reshuffle! He professes to be a man of the people but he is very discerning about 'the people' that he wishes to assist, his contribution to states debates is lacking to say the least!

reducing the residency to ten years will not however give the boost to property sales that the developers require, the chiken is comig ome to roost, at least he will still be in offce when it all goes belly up!

He was his usual smooth self. However Mike Higgins did much much better
He talked a lot of straight sense and upset McClean when he said his scrutiny panel was going to look at the housing situation. When it was McClean's turn he paused and was stuck for words and then he actually said " He didn't think Mike was "allowed" to look at that ! ( Remember he owns an estate agency ! )
Just listen to it again on the BBC website. I think it was after the first hour

Terry Le Main should not be in charge of housing anymore.  It has been a disaster ever since he took control and it is about time he stepped down and we had somebody else in.

I wouldn't of objected to one of the new States members running it, anybody else would have been better.
