I don't work in finance, but you can not expect a proper answer to your 3 questions without giving all facts and information, as that's what would have to be provided before any account or decision would be made.

I know how hard it can be to set up accounts even for a resident of the Island. even if you want to open up a business account with a bank you've had a current account with for years :-\

If your asking me if there is money from Africa etc over here yes there is.

I don't have any clients from Africa.  Besides is ALL Africa poor?

As for my thoughts on China.  Like I said, HSBC covers the world so WHY should I give a dam about Tibet?  I work in Finance, and not Amnesty International.
