The Verita health report started life conflicted, whereby the hospital senior management employed Verita and also helped write the remit ( also known as the TOR terms of reference) . The report ( you will probably remember ) was about hospital management at the general hospital. Minister Pryke being under intense pressure in the states for the report to be scrapped as conflicted but countered by insisting it would be fully published unredacted, and also the remit would be re-examined and where needed strengthened, which it was.
They would not commission a report using the same conflicted and utterly corrupt system again or would they ? Oh dear, Worth a read to get an idea of how Senator Le Marquands mind works.
